Many men bottle up emotions due to fear of judgment. Deep knowledge of the men's mental health month campaign which is celebrated every June calls for more safe spaces. At the College of Contract Management, future counselors are trained to create those very environments. The course teaches how to build trust and navigate tough conversations.
